Find out which Leads or Contacts have been sent a mass email

Description

Notes:

  • The report below will pull a list of all contacts or leads that have been sent mass emails, if the user sending the mass email selects the option to "Store an activity for each message."
  • If you do not see the activities that you know should be present check your role in the role hierarchy
  • If activities were not selected to be logged when sending a Mass Email, email logs in Setup can also be consulted to check the recipients of all emails at the time the mass email was sent out.
Résolution

To create a report of leads or contacts that were included in a mass email

Classic:

1. Click Reports Tab
2. Click New Report
3. Select 'Activities' as the Report Type
4. In the Quick find box, enter 'Activities with Contacts' or 'Activities with Leads'
5. Click Create
6.  Select 'All Activities' in Show

  • Select 'Open & Completed Activities' in Show
  • Select 'Tasks and Events' in Show

7. You can also include 'Subject' as an additional filter: Subject contains Mass email
8. Click OK


Lightning:

1. Click Reports Tab
2. Click New Report
3. Click 'Activities' | Select 'Activities with Contacts' or 'Activities with Leads'
4. Click 'Continue'
5. Go to Filters on left pane

  • Select 'Open & Completed Activities' in Show
  • Select 'Tasks and Events' in Show

6. You can also include 'Subject' as an additional filter: Subject contains Mass email
7. Click Apply
8. Click on "Save & Run" button to generate the report
