This article explains whether Salesforce supports displaying time in Military Time (24-hour clock) format, and how Locale settings can be used to change the date and time display in Salesforce.
Currently, Salesforce does not natively support a standalone 24-hour (Military Time) clock display setting. However, you can control the time format by changing your Locale setting. Note that changing your Locale also affects the date order and the first/last name order displayed on Name fields for users, leads, and contacts.
Example: If you change your Locale to "English (United Kingdom)", the time displays in 24-hour format, but dates appear as DD/MM/YY.

The Locale setting also affects how names appear on Name fields for users, leads, and contacts. For example, "Bob Johnson" in the English (United States) locale displays as Bob Johnson, whereas the Chinese (China) locale displays the name as Johnson Bob.
