Change the Salesforce Primary Contact of Your Company

A walk-through of how to change a company's primary contact in Salesforce.

Risoluzione

Change the primary contact for your company using the instructions provided below

  1. From Setup, enter Company Information in the Quick Find box, then select Company Information.
  2. Fill in the Primary Contact field by clicking the Lookup icon beside it
  3. Click Save.


Note: Primary contact does not have to be an active user within the org. The field is optional and you can enter a name or look up an existing internal users.  For more information on the Company Information page, see Manage Information About Your Company.
