Résolution

Converted Leads are unique records that remain in Salesforce for historical reporting purposes. They are not deleted when you delete an Account or Contact. To exclude converted Leads from your report results, use the following advanced filter: Converted equals False.

To delete converted Leads

  1. Navigate to Mass Delete Records from Setup:
In Salesforce Classic
Setup | Administer| Data Management | Mass Delete Records

If "Enable Improved Setup User Interface" is inactive under User Interface in Setup, the click path will be:
Your name | Setup | Administration Setup | Data Management | Mass Delete Records

In Lightning Experience
Setup | Administration | Data | Mass Delete Records

  1. Use the following filter criteria: Converted equals True.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the Leads you wish to delete.
  3. Click Delete.

Note:
Converted leads do appear in lead reports, while accessing this report in the Lightning interface, clicking on converted redirects to converted contact. In Lightning you can’t view converted lead record, unless your admin has assigned you the "View and Edit Converted Leads" permission. Otherwise to view this converted Lead, we need to access the report in Classic UI.

Mass Deletion of Converted Leads can be done via Data Loader. To learn how, please review Insert, Update, or Delete Data Using Data Loader.
