Résolution

This article explains how to associate new or existing Leads with a Salesforce Campaign. There are several options for existing leads, and this article covers two examples, followed by the steps for creating new leads from a Campaign.

Add an Existing Lead From the Lead Page

Use this option when the Campaign History related list is on the Lead page layout.

  1. Go to the Leads tab in Sales and select a lead record.
  2. In the lead record, open the Campaign History and select the drop-down option Add to Campaign. The Campaign History related list must be on the Lead page layout for this option.
  3. Select the Campaign desired and the status.
  4. Click Save.

Add Existing Leads From a Leads Tab List View

  1. Go to the Leads tab in Sales and select the list view desired.
  2. Select a lead or multiple leads, and click Add to Campaign. The maximum number of leads you can select through the list view is 200.
  3. On the Add to Campaign screen, find and select the campaign desired. Select a Member Status if needed.
  4. Click Submit.

The existing leads are then associated with the Campaign. For more options on adding contacts and leads to campaigns, including reports, review How do I add contacts and leads to campaigns? in the Salesforce Help.

Create New Leads and Associate Them With a Campaign

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab.
  2. Select a Campaign.
  3. In the Campaign record, select New Lead. If it is not visible, use the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the menu.
  4. Fill out all the fields for your new Lead and click Save.
  5. From the Campaign Members list view, click Add Leads and select the desired new leads.
  6. Click Next.

Your leads are added to Salesforce and are part of your campaign.
