Experience Cloud site users (formerly known as Site Users or Community Users) may not be able to see the Notes and Attachments related list on Account and Contact records within an Experience Cloud site.
This visibility is controlled by a setting in the Digital Experiences configuration that must be explicitly enabled by a Salesforce administrator. Without this setting, Notes and Attachments records on Accounts and Contacts are not visible to Experience Cloud site users, even if the related list is present on the page layout.
To enable Notes and Attachments visibility for Experience Cloud site users, follow these steps:
If the Let customer users access notes and attachments preference is not available in your Site Settings, or if your organization was created prior to Spring '16, log a Case with Salesforce Support and include this article number (000385271) in the case details for reference.
