Find the email headers for emails

Publish Date: May 2, 2026
Description

If emails sent from Salesforce bounce back or fail to deliver, Salesforce Support requires the full email headers to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Email headers contain routing and delivery metadata that helps identify authentication failures, relay issues, and the originating mail server.
