In Salesforce, access to Visualforce pages is controlled by user profiles. By default, custom Visualforce pages are not accessible to all profiles. If users receive an "Insufficient Privileges" error or cannot navigate to a Visualforce page, the page has not been enabled for their profile. An administrator must explicitly add the Visualforce page to the list of enabled pages for each profile that requires access.
Tip: To grant Visualforce page access to multiple profiles without editing each profile individually, consider using Permission Sets instead.
