The Accept button is available within Lead, Case, and custom object* list views.
NOTE: The "Accept" button is only available in custom object list views within Salesforce Classic.
For example, a sales manager creates a Queue called 'Inbound Leads' and assigns it as the owner of new Lead records. Sales reps expect to see an Accept button in the Lead List View to claim records from the Queue. This button only appears when the List View is filtered to show Queue-owned records.
The Accept button is present only when a List View consists of records that are owned by a Queue. The Queue must be defined in the "Filter by Owner" section by selecting the "Queue" radio button and choosing the desired Queue from the picklist.

NOTE: The Accept button is not available at the record level even when visible in Page Layout editor, as it is a List View button. However, it is available at the record level in Lightning Experience as an Action for the Case object.
