Add a Business Card into Salesforce

Standard functionality is not available to import records directly into Salesforce, but it is possible to upload the business information as a CSV (comma delimited) file. 
Solución

Salesforce supports the use of comma-separated value (.csv) files to import Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.

If you work with a business card scanning system and that system is able to create a CSV file (or import data into Excel from which you can save it as a .csv), then the resulting file can be used to create a file that works with Salesforce. After the CSV file is created with the correct columns for your Salesforce org, use Data Loader or the Data Import Wizard to import the business information into Salesforce.

In addition, if you can use your card scanning software to input into Outlook you could use Connect for Microsoft Outlook to sync Contacts into Salesforce.
