Salesforce does not provide a native option to mass delete Campaign Members. To remove large numbers of members from a campaign, Data Loader must be used.

The process consists of three phases: backing up data, preparing a CSV file, and executing the deletion.
To mass delete Campaign Members, use Data Loader by following the three phases below:
Phase 1: Back up your data (recommended)
Phase 2: Prepare the deletion file
Create a CSV file containing only the Campaign Members to delete. The required field is Campaign Member ID.
Option A: Using a report
Option B: Using Data Loader
Validate the CSV file to ensure only intended records are included.
Phase 3: Execute the mass delete
This process deletes Campaign Member records and removes the association between Leads/Contacts and the Campaign.
