Mass delete Salesforce Campaign Members.

To mass delete Campaign Members, use Data Loader by following the three phases below:

Phase 1: Back up your data (recommended)

1. Open Data Loader and select Export.
2. Log in to Salesforce.
3. Select Show All Salesforce Objects and choose Campaign Members.
4. Click Next.
5. Select All fields.
6. Do not apply filters.
7. Complete the export and save the CSV file securely.

Phase 2: Prepare the deletion file
Create a CSV file containing only the Campaign Members to delete. The required field is Campaign Member ID.

Option A: Using a report

1. Run a Campaign Members report.
2. Apply filters to identify members to delete.
3. Include the Campaign Member ID field.
4. Export the report as a CSV file.

Option B: Using Data Loader

1. Open Data Loader and select Export.
2. Choose Campaign Members.
3. Select the ID field.
4. Apply filters (e.g., CampaignId equals specific Campaign ID).
5. Export the file.

Validate the CSV file to ensure only intended records are included.

Phase 3: Execute the mass delete

1. Open Data Loader and select Delete.
2. Log in to Salesforce.
3. Select Show All Salesforce Objects and choose Campaign Members.
4. Upload the CSV file created in Phase 2.
5. Map the ID field to Campaign Member ID.
6. Choose a location to save success and error logs.
7. Confirm and execute the deletion.

This process deletes Campaign Member records and removes the association between Leads/Contacts and the Campaign.
