Change the number of records displayed on a list view in the Classic UI

This article details the steps to change the number of records displayed on a single list view page.

Ratkaisu

Navigate to the homepage for any of the objects and choose any view.  At the bottom of the view there is an arrow that is a drop-down selector. It will display how many items are showing out of items left, for instance:

Display10records per page
Display25records per page
Display50records per page
Display100records per page
Display200records per page

 

Click on the drop down button and choose whether you want the view to show 10 or 25 or 50 etc records on the view page.

Note: This setting applies to Salesforce Classic only.
