Too many redirect errors, blank pages and un-editable email body fields in Google Chrome

Some Users may encounter blank pages in Salesforce, be unable to type into the email body field or see "too many redirects" errors in the browser console when the Chrome browser is set to block 3rd party cookies. Chrome will display the blocked cookie icon in the omnibar when this occurs.

Tip:
If you have tried these steps and see no change, please block, then re-allow cookies using the instructions below.

To remedy this issue, please follow the steps listed on Google Chrome's Help Site, which are updated to support the standard most stable version of Chrome. Either or both of these steps can be used to resolve this problem. 

1. Allow 3rd Party Cookies (Under "Change your cookie Settings" < "Allow or block cookies") 
2. Add Salesforce Domains   (Under "Change your cookie settings" < "Allow or block cookies from a specific site") 
The domains to be allow-listed are below. To ensure functionality, please enter the domains exactly as shown (including "[*.]" )
Note: Please add these domains via  "Sites that can always use cookies" 
  • [*.]content.force.com
  • [*.]force.com
  • [*.]salesforce.com
  • [*.]salesforceliveagent.com (Necessary if you are using Live Agent, Omni or SOS)
