While using the 'Mass Enable Self-Service User' functionality, there is no built in option to send an email with the Self-Service User's Username and Password. As the 'Generate new password and notify user immediately' checkbox is not present on the 'Enable Multiple Users' page, a password is not generated when a Self-Service User is Created or Enabled in this way.
Instead, you are able to select the desired Self-Service Users from a User list view that you define, and then reset the password for all selected Self-Service Users from the view itself, using the 'Reset Password' List View button. For example, if your support team needs to onboard 50 new Self-Service Users at once, this approach lets you enable them all and trigger password reset emails in bulk, without visiting each user record individually.
To send Self-Service Users their credentials, reset their passwords individually or in bulk from the Users list view in either Classic or Lightning Experience:
While this action will provide the Self-Service Users with a Username and Temporary password that can be used to log in to the Self-Service Portal through the login that you have embedded in your Website, it will not provide them with a link to the login page. Therefore, you will need to send them an email with the Self-Service Portal Login URL and steps on how and where to use their Username and Password they receive.
