Unable to see 'Login' link when User grants access

Description

There are two permissions required to log in as another User:

  1. Modify All Data
  2. Manage Users
Additionally, Delegated Administrators must have 'Enable Group for Login Access' set in their delegated group, along with Roles & Subordinates (under 'User Administration') added for the Users who require login access
Résolution

If the Login link isn't appearing:

  • Ensure the User has used Grant Access to for "Your Company's Administrator" and not "Salesforce.com Support" (see Grant Login Access for more details)
  • Make sure the user isn't already logged in as another User
