Only 'Last Modified' date on the 'Notes and Attachments' related list

Description

The 'Last Modified' date changes every time changes are made to the record, which can sometimes make it difficult for Users to track the date on which the attachment was added to the record.
  • Attachments on records do not contain the 'Created Date.'
  • Attachments only contain the 'Last Modified' column.
  • 'Created Date' is not an available column on the related list.


This is expected behavior and working as designed.

 

Résolution


Click on the 'Title' of the attachment to view additional details

  •  File Size
  • 'Created' date and 'Created By'
  • 'Modified By'
  • 'Related to'
