Scheduled Jobs have stopped or did not run

Description

Here's what to do if you have Scheduled Jobs with a 'Next Scheduled Run' date in the past in the following sections:
 

  • Salesforce Classic - Setup | Monitoring | Scheduled Jobs
  • Salesforce Lightning - Setup | Environments | Jobs | Scheduled Jobs


This issue occurs when your reports or dashboards attempt to refresh or email during a time that the server is down.

Résolution


To resolve this issue, you must go to each of the jobs individually and click the drop down for either "Run Report" or "Refresh" | Then click Schedule Refresh... | Save with no changes made.
