Activation of Bulk API Hard Delete on System Administrator Profile

I'd like to have the option 'Bulk API Hard Delete' activated for the Salesforce admin profile. As an admin how can I set up myself with this permission?

To give the Bulk API permission, follow the steps below:
 
  1. Navigate to Profile via Setup
In Salesforce Classic: Setup | Manage User | Profile
In Lightning Experience: Setup | Administration | Users | Profile
  1. Open the ‘System Administrator’ profile and hit the ‘Clone’ Button.
  2. Enter a profile name and click Save.
  3. Edit the profile that you saved at step 3.
  4. Under "Administrative Permission", select the Bulk API Hard Delete checkbox. Note: If the “Enhanced Profile User Interface” is enabled, this permission can be found under “System Permissions”.
  5. Click Save it and assign this profile to the desired users.

Another option is to assign this permission to specific users, the admin can use permission sets as well. For more information, refer to Permission Sets, which includes a walkthrough of creating and assigning permission sets.

Note: Profiles are only available in the following editions: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer, and Database.com Editions.
