When the API limit is reached, the sync fails with the following error message:
"Your last sync failed due to a temporary programmatic usage limit. We'll attempt to sync again automatically."

Salesforce for Outlook uses API calls to sync recurring calendar events. Each sync cycle consumes API requests. When your org reaches its daily API request limit, the sync process stops and returns this error.
This error is temporary and resolves automatically. When the daily API limit resets (typically at midnight Pacific Time), the sync resumes without any manual action required.
