How to Resize Long Text Area Fields in Salesforce Using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome

To resize a Long Text Area field on a Salesforce Case object:

1. Navigate to the Case object and open any Case record.
2. In the Case Details page, click New in the Case Comments section to open a new comment field.
3. Locate the resize handle at the bottom-right corner of the Long Text Area box.
4. Click and drag the handle to increase the size of the text box.
5. Enter your text and click Save.

Note: The Case object is used here as an example. This resize behavior applies to all Long Text Area fields across other Salesforce objects as well. This feature is supported in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome only.
