Error 'Your organization has been disabled' when logging into Sandbox

Veröffentlichungsdatum: Nov 12, 2024
Beschreibung

User Permissions Needed:

  • To view a sandbox: “View Setup and Configuration”

  • To create, refresh, activate, and delete sandboxes: "Modify All Data"

After refreshing or creating a new Sandbox, users may receive the following error message upon attempting to login shortly after the refresh is completed:

"Your organization has been disabled. Salesforce.com has disabled access to the system for your company. Please contact support@salesforce.com for more information about this error."

Lösung

This error has been known to occur if the new sandbox has not been fully activated or is currently in the process of activation and users try logging in shortly after it's finished.

This message can also occur if the sandbox's corresponding production environment has been locked or if sandbox licenses have expired. For more details on different sandbox expected status see Sandbox Action and Status Reference and Unlock a Sandbox.

Have an administrator check the affected sandbox's status by navigating to Setup, enter Sandboxes in the Quick Find box, then select Sandboxes to verify its status is Completed.

Notes:

  • If your sandbox is showing a status of Completed and you're still receiving the error, this may also be due to a temporary delay in the system propagating user details to the new sandbox org.

  • If users are getting this error when trying to log in from test.salesforce.com then they should try the direct MyDomain of the Sandbox instead which would be formatted like https://TheirMyDomain--SandboxName.sandbox.my.salesforce.com/

  • If you're using Chrome browser, then log in with your Sandbox domain URL in the Incognito. And see if it works.

  • If you're able to log in to the Sandbox in the Incognito. Then the issue should be with the browser. In this case, please delete the browsing history of Chrome for the past 24 hours or for the past 7 days. And then try to log in to the Sandbox in the main browser. This should ideally resolve the issue.

  • If users continue to see this error several hours after a sandbox has been activated and completed, please log a case with Salesforce Support and reference this article # 000330202 in your case details.
