1. Have the User reset their password from the login page using the 'Forgot your password?' link. This sends out an email with the link to reset their password. Note: If the issue still persists, they must contact their administrator.
2. Have a separate User for technical support/password resets that has a generic internal support email address or a no reply address listed. Note: You would want to have all administrators log in as this User to perform any password resets for your Users.
