You can allow Users to edit Opportunity Product Sales Prices by granting them the Permission 'Edit Opportunity Product Sales Price.'
Example:
Jeff is a sales manager at a manufacturing company that uses Salesforce to manage their sales pipeline. The company recently decided to allow sales representatives to offer custom pricing to clients based on negotiations. To facilitate this, Jeff needs to enable users to edit the sales price of products associated with opportunities.
1. Click Setup | Manage Users | Profiles.
2. Click Profile Name.
3. Click App Permission under the App section.
4. Click Edit button.
5. Scroll down to the 'Sales' section.
6. Select Edit Opportunity Product Sales Price.
7. Click Save.
