Record Type Filter Order in Report Builder

Beskrivning
When the Record Type field is added as a Filter Criteria in reports, the values in the lookup will display in an unusual (non-alphabetic) order. 
Lösning
When creating or editing records, Salesforce will sort the Record Type Values Alphabetically.  However, when the Record Type field is used within report filter criteria, the record type values will display in the order they were created.  This is expected behavior.


Workaround:  
If it is imperative that record type values are in alphabetical order when editing report filters, the only option is to delete the existing record types and create them again in the order that they need them in report filter (i.e., Alphabetically).
