Change the email address of your scheduled Data Export

When the weekly or monthly data export process finishes, the scheduling User receives an email notification that it has completed and is available for download. That User may leave the company or switch to a different role, and a different User may need to receive the email. 
Решение

In order to change the email address associated with a data export, the existing data export must be deleted and it must be rescheduled by the new User.

To delete the scheduled export:
  1. Navigate to Setup and enter Scheduled Jobs into the Quick Find box.
  2. Scroll to the Data Export job.
  3. Click Del and OK.
The user that would like to receive the notification should then reschedule the export. 
  1. Navigate to Setup and enter Data Export into the Quick Find box.
  2. Click Export Now or Schedule Export.
  3. Select the objects and data that you would like to export. 
  4. Choose your preferred frequency.
  5. Click Save.
When the new data export completes, the email will go to the new User that rescheduled the export.
