In Salesforce, there is no limit on how many Organization-Wide Email Addresses (OWEAs) an organization can create. A system administrator can create as many Organization-Wide Email Addresses as the organization needs.
Organization-Wide Email Addresses (OWEAs) are email addresses configured in Salesforce that allow users to send emails using a shared company email address (such as support@yourcompany.com) instead of their personal Salesforce user email address. This ensures consistent sender identity in outbound emails from Salesforce.
The system administrator can create as many organization wide email addresses as needed (unlimited).
Please refer to this documentation for more information.
