Unable to Change Logo on Experience Cloud Sites Login Page

Description

User unable to change the logo on the sites login page. They also get the error message "You must select at least one login option' in the 'Options for External Users' section."

 

Résolution


To resolve: Disable SAML | Change Logo | Enable SAML

Follow the below steps:


In Salesforce Classic
 

  1. Navigate to Setup | Administer | Security Controls | Single Sign-On Settings
  2. Click Edit
  3. Deselect SAML Enabled
  4. Click Save
  5. Go to Setup | Customize | Digital Experiences | All Sites | Manage | Administration | Login & Registration | Logo File
  6. Choose file
  7. After the logo is uploaded, enable the SAML (Setup | Administer | Security Controls | Single Sign-On Settings | Click Edit | Select SAML Enabled | Click Save)
     

In Lightning Experience
 
  1. From Setup | Identity | Single Sign-On Settings
  2. Click Edit
  3. Deselect SAML Enabled
  4. Click Save
  5. Go to Setup | Feature Settings | Digital Experiences | All Sites | Workspace | Administration | Login & Registration | Logo File
  6. Choose file
  7. After the logo is uploaded enable the SAML (Setup | Identity | Single Sign-On Settings | Click Edit | Select SAML Enabled | Click Save)

Notes:
  • Disabling SAML in your org wouldn’t cause any impact to your users, since this setting can be enabled immediately after uploading the logo.
  • You receive the same error message while changing the Site Logout URL.
