To resolve: Disable SAML | Change Logo | Enable SAML

Follow the below steps:

In Salesforce Classic

  1. Navigate to Setup | Administer | Security Controls | Single Sign-On Settings
  2. Click Edit
  3. Deselect SAML Enabled
  4. Click Save
  5. Go to Setup | Customize | Digital Experiences | All Sites | Manage | Administration | Login & Registration | Logo File
  6. Choose file
  7. After the logo is uploaded, enable the SAML (Setup | Administer | Security Controls | Single Sign-On Settings | Click Edit | Select SAML Enabled | Click Save)

In Lightning Experience

  1. From Setup | Identity | Single Sign-On Settings
  2. Click Edit
  3. Deselect SAML Enabled
  4. Click Save
  5. Go to Setup | Feature Settings | Digital Experiences | All Sites | Workspace | Administration | Login & Registration | Logo File
  6. Choose file
  7. After the logo is uploaded enable the SAML (Setup | Identity | Single Sign-On Settings | Click Edit | Select SAML Enabled | Click Save)

Notes:
  • Disabling SAML in your org wouldn’t cause any impact to your users, since this setting can be enabled immediately after uploading the logo.
  • You receive the same error message while changing the Site Logout URL.
