The compact feed view in the Salesforce Service Console displays a condensed version of the Case feed, making it easier for agents to view case activity without scrolling through large feed items. This article explains how administrators can enable the compact feed view on Case page layouts for both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
To enable the compact feed view, the Case page layout must be a feed-based layout. Follow the steps below for Classic or Lightning Experience:
