Workflow email alerts in Salesforce are pre-configured with an email template, a list of recipients, and a sender type. When using the Send Email element in a Salesforce Flow (Flow Builder), you must manually provide the subject, body, list of recipients, and SenderType for each email.
To configure email alerts in a Salesforce Flow (Flow Builder), you must specify the SenderType parameter. SenderType determines the From and Reply-To email address that appears when the email is sent. The following values are valid:
If you want to use OrgWideEmailAddress as the sender, first create an email alert using the organization-wide address as described in the Email Alert Actions Salesforce Help article. Then, in Flow Designer, add the email alert to your Flow.
