Unable to test Experience Cloud Sites in my sandbox

Are you interested in Experience Cloud Sites, but you'd first like to test it in your Sandbox Organization? No problem. Learn whom to contact to request the feature in your Sandbox below. 

Note: Support is unable to activate this feature for you and requests must be directed to your Account Team.


The required features must first be provisioned in your production environment first and then brought over to the sandbox via the license match tool or a refresh.

Contact your Account Executive (AE) to discuss provisioning an Experience Cloud Sites Trial. Once your requests have been received and processed by your AE, you can perform either of the following steps:
 

Option 1:

  • Match the provisioned licenses to your Sandbox using the Match Production Licenses Tool. To do so, your System Administrator needs to log in to the Sandbox and follow these steps:
 
For Classic: 

1. Setup | Company Profile | Company Information.
2. Click Match Production Licenses.

 

For Lightning

1. Click the gear icon | Setup | Company Settings | Company Information.
2. Click Match Production Licenses.

The "Match Production Licenses" button is not available on a sandbox if its production organization is running a different release version than the sandbox, such as during the Sandbox Preview period. In most cases, license types may be manually matched by Salesforce Support as described above. More information on the "Match Production Licenses" button.
