When viewing a Salesforce report on "Knowledge Keyword Searches" or "Knowledge Search Activity," the report shows a maximum of 300 keywords in each day's results, even if more than 300 keywords have been searched for the specified day.
In Salesorce, all keyword searches returning results are stored for the current day, then a batch process is run to truncate all but the 300 most-used keywords for that day, per channel.
After the process completes, the records become available for reporting. This means that the records are not available for reporting for at least 24 hours.
For example: The report will show up to 300 of the most-used keywords for searches performed internally, and an additional 300 for searches performed from a public knowledge base.
