Customers who have subscribed to Salesforce Trust Notifications receive automated email alerts from alerts@mail.salesforce.com about system incidents, scheduled maintenance, or status changes affecting their Salesforce instances. This article explains how to unsubscribe from, or update preferences for, these Trust Notification emails using the Salesforce Trust portal.

Stop or Manage Trust Notification Emails

To stop receiving Trust Notification emails from alerts@mail.salesforce.com, follow these steps:

  1. Go to trust.salesforce.com and sign in with your Salesforce credentials.
  2. Click on your profile icon (top right corner) and select Notification Settings (or Manage Notifications).
  3. Review the list of subscribed instances, products, and notification types.
  4. Uncheck the instances or products you no longer wish to receive alerts for.
  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: Trust Notifications are sent by Salesforce to inform customers of real-time system status, incidents, and maintenance windows. You can customize notification preferences by instance, by event type (Incidents, Maintenance, etc.), and by communication channel (email or SMS where available).
