By default, Salesforce for Outlook does not include a field mapping for the Microsoft Outlook Middle Name field on Contact records. However, a Salesforce System Administrator can create a custom field mapping to sync this Outlook field with a custom field on the Salesforce Contact object using the Outlook Configuration settings in Setup.
