Customize custom details pop up in Live Agent

Description
With Salesforce Live Agent for click-to-chat, when a customer is in queue, the agent can hover the mouse over the Agent Inbox and see a hover screen which displays a list of all the custom details (fields) filled out by the customer on the pre-chat form. Currently, this hover screen shows field names and values in random order and without any formatting.

 
Résolution
It is NOT possible to customize look and feel of this custom details hover pop. Only fact about it is, custom details is displayed if you use deployment API or pre-chat form.
