There are two ways to check your certification maintenance status:

  1. Check your Trailblazer profile  (recommended)
  2. Check the Salesforce certifications verification page

Check Certification Status on Your Trailblazer Profile

View your Trailblazer profile and ensure your certifications are displayed.

For each certification displayed, you will see:

  • Certification name
  • Certification dates
  • Certification description
  • Your certification maintenance status (this is only visible to you)

For each certification displayed, others will see (only if your profile is public):

  • Certification name
  • Certification dates
  • Certification description

Check Certification Status on the Verification Page

Visit the certification verification tool, and enter the email associated with your Trailblazer profile email in the Certification Holders: Check Your Status box. You will receive an email with a complete list of your certifications, your required maintenance modules and their deadlines.

Don’t worry if you forget to check your certification status on your own, we will send automated reminders every few months to your inbox so you can always stay up-to-date on your maintenance requirements.

How to Understand Your Certification Status

You will see your certification status next to the certification name. Here’s what the different statuses mean:

  • Active: Your certification is up-to-date, and you have no maintenance due at this time.
  • Maintenance Due: Your certification has maintenance due. You can see the “This field is only visible to you” section for details on your maintenance and the due date.
  • Expiring Soon: Your certification has maintenance due very soon and is at risk of expiring. You can see the “This field is only visible to you” section for details on your maintenance and the due date.
  • Expired: Your certification expired because your maintenance wasn’t completed on time. You can see the “This field is only visible to you” section for more details.
  • Retired: The certification has been retired from the Salesforce Certification program. You can see the “This field is only visible to you” section for more details.

Important Note: Be patient if you recently completed a maintenance module and your status says “Maintenance Due” or “Expiring Soon”, as it can take up to 1 business day for the changes to appear.
