Lookup field in flow throws error: 'An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow'

Description
You can link Contracts and Orders with Opportunities using the following standard lookup fields:
  • Contract on Opportunity
  • Contract on Quote
  • Opportunity on Order
  • Quote on Order
  • Quote Line Item on Order Product

You may get an error when creating an Order or Contract  referencing these field in a Flow:
An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow
An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information
Résolution
The newly available lookup fields are optional. By default, their Field Level Security sets the fields to hidden, and Flows can't access them.
 
  •  In Classic:  Navigate to Setup | Security Controls | Field Accessibility
  •  In lightning : Navigate to Setup | Security | Field Accessibility
