Open the result file from Bulk Data Load Job page

Once the process of Data Import Wizard is completed, it shows the 'Bulk Data Load Job' window where you can click the "View Request" and "View Result" links to see information about your import or update.

Depending on your settings, you may receive an error message 'unknown file type' upon clicking these links. 
Lösning

There are two options to resolve this issue:
 

Manually select the program that should open the file

  1. Click on the file that was just downloaded.
  2. In the "How do you want to open this file?" prompt, if you do not see the program you want to use to open the file listed, click Look for another app on this PC.
  3. Browse your computer's Programs to find the desired program.
  4. Click Open.  
 

Save the file as a .csv file

  1. Right click on the View Result or View Request hyperlink
  2. Click on Save link as...
  3. Choose a location on where to download the file and set the file name to: "result.csv"
  4. Click Save.
