Add 'Member First Associated Date' to Salesforce Campaign Member Records

The Member First Associated Date field is available in Campaign Member reports and represents the date when a Lead or Contact was first added to a Campaign.

This field is not available by default on the Campaign Member record page. However, you can replicate and display this value using a custom formula field.

Ratkaisu

To display the Member First Associated Date on Campaign Member records, create a custom formula field that references the Created Date.


Steps to Create the Field

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Navigate to Object Manager
  3. Select Campaign Member
  4. Click Fields & Relationships
  5. Click New
  6. Select Formula as the data type
  7. Choose Date as the formula return type
  8. Click Next
  9. In the formula editor, enter:

    DATEVALUE(CreatedDate)
  10. Click Next
  11. Set field-level security as needed
  12. Add the field to the desired page layout
  13. Click Save
