Problems with Sender Authentication Package domain in Live Email Address Field

Description

When you complete a Sender Authentication Package (SAP) form you will need to use a real, accessible email address in the 'Live Email Address or Inbox Replies will be Forwarded To' field.


This is generally an existing live customer support or sales inbox , depending on the type of emails that are being sent.

This address cannot include your SAP domain because any address using your SAP domain will not be a real email address. Your subscriber replies are forwarded to your live email address that is entered in this field.
Résolution

If you used an SAP domain email address (or any other inaccessible email address) in this field, you can change it in the 'Routing Address for Remaining Replies' Reply Mail Management field from Setup.
