'From Name' incorrect when custom Reply Mail Management settings are created

Описание

Custom Reply Mail Management (RMM) settings are created within the Sender Profile, however, when emails are sent or replied to, the "From Name" specified is set as the "reply" instead of as the custom setting. 
 

In order for custom RMM settings to work properly, you must have the required RMM settings configured

To correct the 'From Name,' locate and verify your RMM Settings


Manage RMM Settings

Within Setup:
  1. Navigate to Setup 
  2. Go to Platform Tools | Feature Settings | Email Studio | Reply Mail Management.
  3. Ensure the correct and up-to-date information is entered for each of the following:
  • Email Display Name
  • Reply Subdomain
  • Email Reply Address
  • A complete DNS Record Redirect

Within Email Studio:
  1. From 'Email,' click Admin.
  2. Click Account Settings | Reply Mail Management.
  3. Ensure the correct and up-to-date information is entered for each of the following:
  • Email Display Name
  • Reply Subdomain
  • Email Reply Address
  • A complete DNS Record Redirect
