Collaborative Forecasting allows sales teams to track and manage revenue forecasts with visibility into the sales pipeline. This feature helps managers and reps align on expected revenue, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment. Most organizations have access automatically, but those upgraded from lower editions like Essentials may need manual activation by Support.

Review Salesforce documentation on setting up and configuring Collaborative Forecasts before submitting a support request.
Collaborative Forecasting is available on the above editions with Sales Cloud. To turn it on yourself, refer to: Turn On Collaborative Forecasts and Define Forecasts Settings
Some organizations that upgrade from a lower edition, such as Essentials, may be missing Forecast settings in Setup. If you are missing these settings, please have a System Administrator create an activation request with Support.
Once activated, a System Administrator should verify that Collaborative Forecasts settings are visible in Setup and configure forecasts as needed for your organization.
