This article explains how to request an increase to the maximum number of Roll-Up Summary Fields allowed per Salesforce object. Roll-Up Summary Fields are used to calculate values from related child records, such as sums, counts, minimums, and maximums. Some organizations with complex data relationships may require more fields than the default limit allows. For instance, you may need more than 25 roll-up summary fields on the Opportunity object to calculate totals from multiple related Product or Quote Line Items.
Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance (Unlimited), and Developer
Default: 25 roll-up summary fields per object
Maximum: 40 roll-up summary fields per object — this is a hard-coded limit and cannot be increased above 40.

It's important to know that having too many roll-up summary fields can impact your organization's performance. In general, first, try to set up your reports to make these calculations before requesting a limit increase.
To increase your Roll-Up Summary Field limit beyond 25 per object, you'll need assistance from Salesforce Support.
If you've reviewed all relevant documentation and still need to increase this limit, please have a System Administrator create a limit increase request with Support.
Once your case has been created, our Support team will review and action it accordingly.
If your limit has been increased to the maximum amount, and the issue still persists, please try deleting previous unused custom fields.
