This article explains how to enable the 'Administrators Can Log in as Any User' feature within your Salesforce Organization. With this feature enabled, System Administrators can log in as any user in their organization without asking internal end users to grant login access.
Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer Editions
Before you request this feature, review the following documentation:
A member of the Salesforce Sales organization must provision this feature. Please contact your Account Executive and ask them to run Manual Provisioning for the related environment.
This feature is only available for Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, Developer Edition, and Performance Edition.
If an edition upgrade is needed, any member of Support can point the customer to their Account Executive. If the org has no AE, please provide them with the following contact information for Sales: 1-800-NO-SOFTWARE.
If you've reviewed all relevant documentation and still need assistance with activating this feature, please have a System Administrator create an activation request with Support.
