Marketing Cloud Email Does Not Display Correctly on a Mobile Device

Since some mobile email clients have difficulty rendering an email's HTML or CSS code, some images may not display as intended or some emails may display as text only.

Solución

You can prevent rendering issues for mobile devices by using the Mobile Optimized Layouts when Using the Template Editor to Create Templates .

After you've created an email using the templates, use the Mobile and Desktop Preview to see how the email will render on devices.
