Veröffentlichungsdatum: Jul 4, 2026
Beschreibung

In Salesforce Lightning Experience, the Save button in a Joined Report may become grayed out (non-clickable). This occurs when one of the report blocks contains only a Record Count field and report details are hidden.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
  2. Click New Report.
  3. Select a report type, then click Create.
  4. Change the report format to Joined Report.
  5. Select a numeric field from the left panel and add it to the report to create a new report block.
  6. Hide report details by clicking Show, then deselecting the Details option.
  7. Remove all summarized fields from the second report block except for Record Count.
  8. The Save button is now grayed out and non-clickable.
Lösung

The Save button in a Salesforce Joined Report becomes inactive when a report block has no visible columns displayed other than Record Count. Salesforce requires at least one field column to be visible in each report block before the report can be saved.
To resolve this issue:

  1. Click Show and select Details to display all report columns and identify which block has no fields visible.
  2. From the left panel, add at least one field to the report block that is showing only Record Count.
  3. The Save button will now be active and operational.
