Deploy Lightning Sync for Exchange in your Salesforce Org and configure your Microsoft Exchange Server/Office 365 to sync Contacts.
Deploy Lightning Sync for Google in your Salesforce Org if your domain's mailbox is on Gmail and configure your Gmail to sync Contacts.
If your Org isn't using either of the above, consider using Salesforce For Outlook to your users. Each user needs to install it on their own computer and sync their Outlook with Salesforce.
There are many third-party applications available as well; however, Salesforce doesn't provide support to third-party applications.
Note: If you never set up Salesforce for Outlook or your reps aren’t regularly working with it, service is no longer available. Our next-generation products, Outlook integration and Lightning Sync, are better than ever and ready to serve you. Check out the Outlook Integration Trail for product details and setup instructions.
