Publish button not in article edit page

If you have a user who is trying to publish, but can't see the Publish button, it could be because of the Publish Article Action hasn't been added to the group the user is assigned to. We'll walk you through how to fix the problem.
 
솔루션

1. Click Setup.

2. Under Builder, click Customize.

3. Click Knowledge.

4. Click Article Actions.

5. Click Edit.


On the Publish Article Action field, you may choose All- this will reveal Publish Button for all Article Managers (user with Manage Article permission) with CRED permission on respective article types or choose specific public groups.

Note: This is only applicable to Salesforce Classic. Remember that article types have been replaced by record types in Lightning Knowledge.
