Add an Image on a Custom Live Agent Chat Page using Visualforce

In Salesforce Live Agent, you can add custom images — such as a company logo — to custom chat pages by uploading the image as a Static Resource and referencing it in a Visualforce page using the apex:image tag.

Solución

Step 1 – Upload the image as a Static Resource:

  1. Go to Setup. 2. Search 'Static Resources' in Quick Find and select it. 3. Click New. 4. Name the resource (this name will be used in your Visualforce tag). 5. Upload your image file.

Step 2 – Add the image to your Visualforce Chat Page:

  1. Go to Setup > Visualforce Pages. 2. Open the target page. 3. Add the following tag, replacing RESOURCENAME with your static resource name and adjusting width/height as needed: `` 4. Save the page."
